About the Opportunity

Maintenance Officer's work to coordinate the implementation of preventative maintenance programs. Work hours between 8am to 4pm.

  • Undertaking repairs and maintenance of buildings, plant and equipment
  • Maintaining appropriate procedures and records of maintenance, equipment and costs
  • Reporting defects or improvements/replacements in buildings and equipment
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Overseeing contractors and order/maintain supplies levels.

About You

To be successful you will need:

  • General maintenance experience (essential)
  • Proficient documentation and computer skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and team members

A trade qualification and previous experience in aged care or related industry are desirable but not essential.
